It is one of the largest school districts, geographically (120
square miles) and is primarily a rural/suburban district.
All or part of the eight townships are included.
The K-12 enrollment of the district is approximately
1,200 students housed in a single building that consists of three
distinct areas:

A professional staff of approximately 110 provides a
comprehensive educational program for the students.
Recent capital construction has included a middle school
addition, new athletic fields and upgrades of the existing building.
Galway

sophisticated computer network and participates in the Saratoga
Adirondack Network that provides distance-learning opportunities for
enrichment.
Class sizes in Galway
are small
with the average being around 20 students.
