Welcome to the Media Awareness Unit.  This may be the most important unit we explore all year.  In this unit you will learn how to identify when the media is portraying an event, idea, or person in a biased way.  In order for this experiment called democracy to continue to thrive and achieve its ideals it needs citizens who can make educated decisions about important issues.  Understanding how the media tries to manipulate you at times is an essential skill all citizens need.  So pay attention, wake up, and learn how to find the truth! The United States of America is depending on you!!!
