Am I qualified to vote?
You are entitled to vote if you meet the following qualifications:
- You are a citizen of the United States,
- You are at least eighteen years of age or older on the day of the vote,
- You are a resident within the District for a period of thirty days prior to the vote
- You are registered to vote with Saratoga County Board of Elections and have voted in a local, county or federal election within the last four years. If you are unsure, call Saratoga County Board of Elections at 885-2249 or the Fulton County Board of Elections at 793-5526 to confirm your registration.
- No person shall have the right to register for or vote at any school meeting or election who would not be qualified to register for or vote at any at any election in accordance with the provisions of Section 5-106 of the Election Law. This includes most convicted felons and those judged mentally incompetent by a court.

How do I obtain an absentee ballot?
Applications for absentee ballots for any vote are available from District Clerk Linda Casatelli at 882-1033 ext. 3224 or click here to obtain the application (pdf file).
All applications for an absentee ballot must be received no later than 1 week prior to a vote if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter. If the ballot is to be picked up personally by the voter, the application can be filed one day prior to the vote.
All ballots must be returned to the district clerk by 5 p.m. the day of the vote.
