Elementary Student Council

JHSC is a group of elementary students that are passionate about making a positive impact within the school. They demonstrate respect and leadership, promote school spirit as well as organize and participate in events that focus on giving back to the Galway community.

Box Tops Challenge
Thank you to everyone who brought in Box Tops during the Challenge! We collected over 11,000 Box Tops which is about $1,100 for our school! Congratulations to Miss Hurley and Miss Moore's Class from placing 1st and winning a class breakfast! Congratulations to Mrs. Remscheid's Class for placing 2nd and winning Eagle Bucks! Also, congratulations to our individual leaders: Joshua Eaton (1st place), Amanda Jimieson (2nd place) and Taylor Germain (3rd place).

Together We Shall 5K
Spring is here! So, what a better way to celebrate Spring than with RUNNING!! The Together We Shall 5K is fast approaching! Please join us on Saturday, April 28th to support Ainsley's Angels Northeast Region! The race begins at 9:00 AM at the Galway Bus Garage. Be sure to register by April 13th! CLYNK results!
Thank you to all who dropped off cans and plastic bottles during our CLYNK fundraiser! We came in 14th out of 47 schools in New York State. We collected 3,492 containers. We are going to continue to collect cans and plastic bottles as the year continues. Please drop them off at one of the CLYNK drop-boxes.
