ANNOUNCEMENTS/TODAY'S EVENTS
Tuesday is a new chance to start fresh and write a better story, Eagle Nation! It was a cold one last night and this morning. Hopefully, those temperatures will rise quickly. The temperatures look to climb back into the upper 50's as we move along the week.
We had action on the diamond and the track last night, so make sure you check out the scores and highlights.
The school year will be over before we know it, so make sure you stay on top of everything. Spring Sports will be over in the blink of an eye, so get out to catch some games and meets before it's too late.
As we get into the final stretch of the school year, remember there are many events, so keep tuned in, as there are a lot of moving parts.

Baseball Highlights
The Varsity Baseball team traveled to Duanesburg last night and battled all night before falling on a walk-off single in the bottom of the 7th by Duanesburg. The Golden Eagles jumped out to an 8-0 lead in the top of the first, but Duanesburg kept chipping away throughout the game before they eventually took 12-8. The Golden Eagles fought back as they scored twice in the 6th and then in the 7th with the bases loaded. Andy Miller lined a single to right field, driving in two to tie the game. Unfortunately, Duanesburg was able to push one across in the bottom of the 7th for the victory. Andy Miller led Galway with three hits ( 2- doubles & a single) and 5 RBIs. Hayden Flint singled three times and scored three runs. Grayson Eagon and Bradyen Sheft each had two hits and an RBI. Brody Paterek, Evan Schaperjahn, JJ Schapherjahn, Tynan Seburn, and Will Anuszewski all picked up hits for the Golden Eagles. They travel to Cooperstown tomorrow to take on Northville at 5:00 p.m. at Double Day Field.

Did you know that cows can jump, too? Although perhaps they don’t go over the moon like in fairytales. Cattle can jump up to five feet, but not all can jump that high. Still, be wary of a barrier under three feet. Cows will respect the barrier until there is something better on the other side.
