Register for PreKindergarten

Galway Central School District is now accepting 2024-25 registrations for pre-kindergarten students and kindergarten students who are new to the district. If you know anyone with children who will be four-years old (for PreK) and five-years old (for kindergarten) as of December 1, 2024, please share this information with them.
PreK students are selected on a first-come, first-served basis provided that all required information and documents are submitted. In the event there are more applicants than available spaces, students will be placed on a waiting list. The pre-kindergarten program is full day and operates from 8 a.m. to 2:22 p.m. with transportation provided. Students who have been accepted into the PreK program will be invited to school for a screening. More detailed information will be sent prior to June 1, 2024.
To Register Students
All student registrations are done online through our secure, easy-to-use Family ID portal. Before you begin the registration process, please gather the required documents and scan them to your device so you can upload them during the online registration process. You will be required to present:
• Two (2) valid proofs of residency
• Proof of student’s age (e.g. birth certificate)
• Current physical and immunization records
• Custody agreements, if applicable
Once you have all your documents, beginning February 1, 2024, please click here to begin the online registration. If you do not already have a Family ID account, please create one to complete the registration application.
